These Terms of Use govern how you may access and use CarCheckBot, including the website, account features, report credits, subscriptions, and related support channels.
Last updated: April 16, 2026
1. Access to the service
By using the service, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into binding obligations and that you will use the service only for lawful purposes.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue individual features when required for maintenance, security, legal reasons, or product development.
2. Accounts, payments, and credits
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions performed through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must update your credentials and notify support without delay.
Certain features may require payment, subscription, or the purchase of report credits. Prices, included features, and available plans may change over time and are determined by the product interface and backend pricing logic at the time of purchase.
- Purchased digital access, subscriptions, and credits are generally non-transferable unless we state otherwise in writing.
- If a payment is reversed, disputed, or cancelled, access to related paid features may be limited until the issue is resolved.
3. External data and disclaimers
Parts of the service rely on data obtained from third-party sources, auction platforms, infrastructure providers, and payment systems. We aim to keep the information current, but we do not guarantee that third-party data will always be complete, current, or error-free.
The service is provided as an informational and operational tool. It does not replace independent due diligence, legal review, financial advice, or a professional inspection of a vehicle.
4. Restrictions, liability, and updates
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts, automate abusive requests, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party data issues, user errors, or decisions made based on the information available through the platform.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published means that you accept the revised version.
